In June 2012, an automated line of 20 machines for rolling oil flat cakes with artisanal appearance was delivered and successfully started up. Thus culminates research and development of robotic machines that complete the automation of the processing of this famous pastry product.
Thanks to this development, Inés Rosales company was able to expand its production and make it available in other countries' markets.
