In April 2019, SEDITEC installed a new line for capping strawberries of the MCF-500 machine model. It was sold to an important European group with facilities for processing fruit in Spain.
The line has a production of 2100 Kg / h of capped strawberries (Output product) at a production cost of 0.05 Euros / Kg.
With this new model, waste for cutting the calyx is between 8% and 12%.
